GBA Movie player v2

I just ordered myself the 3rd party GBA Movie Player from Lik Sang. I have no real idea how good it is, but for US$25 I don't think I can really go too far wrong.
This thing will play movies (after converting to a special format) direct from a compact-flash card, it can also be used for ebooks and mp3's. And one of the coolest things is that it has a NES emulator that can play ROMs of up to 192kb, and supposedly also homebrew games of up to 192kb.

Other GBA news, I picked up Mario vs Donkey Kong today, and I've got my eyes fixed on Metal Slug Advance which is getting release soon. (I often order GBA stuff from Lik Sang because there is no region encoding on the GBA, which means all versions work - they just might not link together properly)

How did you get on with the movie player? Any good? I'm interested in getting something like this and would appreciate your thoughts! What about Mario vs. Donkey Kong? I played through that one recently myself.

Hi Alan,
The movie player hasn't arrived yet, but I expect it any day now - I'll post an update when it arrives.

As for Mario v Donkey Kong, it's actually pretty cool - I was playing last night and some of the later levels are fairly tricky (and then theres all the gold stars I don't yet have :-)
Good fun when you've only got 5-10 minutes to play too

This thing is awersome. I just ordered one myself and with a 256 mb card you can put on a whole movie. The sound quality isn't so great though.
